Privacy
The short version: there is no account, your lists live in your own iCloud, and the server keeps a number.
No account
No sign-up, no login, no profile. The app has never asked for your name or your email address and does not have either.
Your lists are yours
Lists sync between your iPhone, iPad and Mac through your own private iCloud database. It is your Apple account, not ours; we cannot read it.
What the AI features send
When you describe a list, ask for tips or ask for a dinner, the request carries only what it needs: the sentence you typed or the item names on the list, plus an anonymous token that says credits are available. No name, no device identifier, no location, no history.
What the server keeps
A credit balance against that anonymous token, and nothing else. Requests and answers are not stored, not used for training and not sold. Delete the app and the token goes with it.
